Crazeee Cake



3 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup (or more) cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda (sieved)
1 tsp salt


3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 cups water
double shot espresso

Mix dry ingredients well (no baking soda lumps pls)
mix wet ingredients
Stir wet into dry
pour into greased tin

Bake at 160C for 30-40 minutes
check with knife/toothpick
